more manageable and enjoyable.
How does CBD work?
CBD interacts with the Endocannabinoid System, which plays a vital role in our body, affecting mood, pain, and sleep. By supplementing our bodies with CBD, we can help to positively affect those systems and restore our bodies to balance.

The Benefits of Full Spectrum CBD Oil:
It’s important to know what type of CBD is in the product you use. The terpenes and other minor cannabinoids like CBN, CBG, and CBC found in hemp all contribute to affecting our mood, pain, and sleep. When all of these helpful compounds are preserved together, it’s known as Full Spectrum. Full Spectrum products contain 0.3% or less of THC delta 9, as well as the other cannabinoids present in Hemp.
Vital Earth Farms uses Full Spectrum distillate containing all the beneficial cannabinoids found in the plant.
Preserving the Whole-Plant Experience:
At Vital Earth Farms, our products are made with our very own extract that has been extracted using two methods of extraction. One method using hydrocarbons to preserve the beneficial plant components like terpenes, lipids, and waxes. These products are crafted with Full Spectrum, so you can be confident that you’re receiving the full array of benefits from our hemp.
Our other extraction method is through the use of cryo-ethanol to make CBD “crude”which allows us to make Broad spectrum distillate, in our molecular distillation laboratory equipment, and to make high CBD products without any of the compounds that produce taste or smell. The Broad spectrum distillate has higher concentrations of all of the cannabinoids that have been shown to be effective in treating in a variety of symptoms when taken together.

Preserving the Whole-Plant Experience:
At Vital Earth Farms, our products are made with our very own whole plant extract that has been extracted with hydrocarbons to preserve the beneficial plant components like terpenes, lipids, and waxes.
Our products are crafted with Full Spectrum, so you can be confident that you’re receiving the full array of benefits from our hemp.

How Does CBD Oil Make You Feel?
The effects of Full Spectrum CBD are non-intoxicating. The levels of THC found at or below 0.3% won’t get you high. However, there are many beneficial ways in which CBD affects the body.
As the Endocannabinoid System helps to regulate our immune system, mood, and nervous system, there have been a wide array of therapeutic benefits attributed to CBD. Many people use CBD as a natural anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. Depending on the dosage and the method of use it can have a variety of beneficial effects, and can be based on an individual’s physiological needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between tinctures and elixirs?
Tinctures are typically alcohol-based, whereas our elixirs are made using 100% organic MCT oil.
What is the Entourage Effect?
Since CBD is typically accompanied by other naturally occurring, non-intoxicating constituents in the plant, “whole-plant” (or broad spectrum) Cannabinoid extracts are more powerful than isolated Cannabinoid extracts. Terpenes, plant waxes, vitamins, minerals, and other phytocannabinoids are examples of these other compounds. When all of these components are combined, the maximum effect is achieved, known as the Entourage Effect.
How much CBD should I take?
The simple answer is that depending on how your body metabolizes, absorbs, and reacts to CBD, each individual will need a different amount. As a general rule, it’s best to start small and pay attention to your reaction before completely integrating CBD into your daily routine. Within a few weeks, you should be able to determine the amount that feels right for you to receive the benefits and support you need.
Where are your products made and where do you source your hemp?
On our farm in Oregon City, OR! We grow all of our own hemp and extract it on-site. We also manufacture all of our products on our farm as well. Controlling the entire cycle ensures that we can regulate exactly what goes into everything we make.
What’s the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Hemp and marijuana are both members of the Cannabis Sativa L. plant family, and although they have some similarities, they also have some significant differences. The chemical composition of each plant is the distinguishing feature between hemp and marijuana. CBD, a non-intoxicating cannabis compound, is produced by both species. THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), on the other hand, is the substance that causes the high and is typically found in higher levels in marijuana.
Do your products contain THC?
No, our products either contain trace or no detectable amounts of THC per industry testing standards. All of our CBD is derived from hemp, which legally cannot contain more than 0.3% THC. Each batch of our products is tested to ensure we meet the industry regulations as well.
Are there side effects of consuming CBD?
Each individual will have a different and unique experience with CBD, as with any other supplement or new wellness procedure. It’s always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting a new supplement. Our products are not for use by women who are or may become pregnant or breastfeeding, who have a medical condition, who are taking drugs, or who are under the age of 18.
